Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

JDM Car Parts UK Limited is a fast-growing specialist supplier of car parts for imported Japanese vehicles.
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join our expanding team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping customers, and are keen to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders over the phone.
- Answering customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Updating and managing our social media platforms.
- Creating, organising and maintaining product listings using Linnworks, Shopify and eBay.
- General administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the business.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, administration, e-commerce or social media is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
