Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and keep administrative processes on track. Salary is depending on age and experience.

Hours starting at 25 per week with a view to increase

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to update records and financial information.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events to optimize team productivity.
Support bookkeeping activities by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure all departments are well-equipped.
Assist with administrative projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs), and QuickBooks.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation.
Demonstrated clerical experience involving filing, record keeping, and general administrative support.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
