Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Day shift

Salary: £16.81 per hour / Annual Salary of £36,716

Location: Cannock

What are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team on a day 4 on / 4 off rota.

This is a hands-on driving role involving collections from farm sites and deliveries to our packing centre's. This job involves collecting from farms, so you must be prepared to load and unload the vehicle yourself using an electric pallet truck, navigate different types of terrain, and gain valuable experience as a professional driver. You’ll also enjoy some lovely views along the way and have access to very good equipment.

About the Role

Day shift
Collecting goods directly from farms
Some manual handling required
Drivers must be comfortable self-loading and unloading using an electronic pallet truck
Ensuring safe, professional driving and compliance at all times

This is a practical, active driving role ideal for someone who prefers variety and doesn’t mind getting involved beyond just driving from A to B.

What we are looking for

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Physically able and willing to carry out manual handling
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Previous farm or hands-on work experience beneficial but not essential
