Job Summary

Viewing assistants are instrumental in helping our buyers find their dream home. You will accompany prospective buyers around a wide range of properties and share our enthusiasm for our properties by delivering a friendly, welcoming, and professional service.

You will have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, be articulate and have an engaging personality. Good time management and organisational skills are also a must. You will need to use your own car, for which you will be reimbursed with a mileage allowance.

Our clients enjoy a truly bespoke service provided by our dedicated and highly experienced Partner-led teams. We have five strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough, Surrey Hills and Tunbridge Wells.

Salary and package

. Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough

RH20 2AZ).

Responsibilities and duties

· Accompanying applicants to view properties.

· Ensure security of the property.

· Promote the benefits of each property.

· Be familiar with the local area, transport links, schools and amenities.

Other requirements

· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.

· Clean, full driving licence.

· Use of a car.
