Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our Bideford office to assist the team in their day to day operations. This job is based in the Bideford office. There is no remote working.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The role involves the following tasks:

o Receive incoming telephone calls and assist with enquiries

o Assist Clients face to face with their enquiries

o Obtaining Client ID

o Sending out Deeds and other documents to clients

o Filing documents

o Open and close files within the criteria set down by the Quality Control Manual

o Identify and retrieve documents from within an established filing system

o Communicate well with staff, clients and agents on conveyancing matters

o Prepare for outgoing/internal mail

o Produce a wide variety of documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,200.00 per year
