Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that support landscape maintenance, construction projects, and site upkeep. Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth operations across multiple job sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in gardening, horticulture, and equipment operation while contributing to high-quality outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision to complete construction or landscaping tasks
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of gardens and lawns
Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Collaborate with team members on various construction projects, following safety protocols and instructions from supervisors
Assist with horticultural tasks such as soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and mulching to enhance landscape aesthetics

Experience

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting project goals
