National Express PCV Drivers Needed – Gloucester

Join our local, family-run team with over 60 years of heritage! We are looking for professional drivers to operate for National Express at our state-of-the-art Gloucester depot. Enjoy a supportive work environment where you are treated like family, not just a number.

The Package & Perks (Recently Increased Rates of Pay!)

Fixed 4-on, 2-off Rota:

Mon – Fri: £15.60 per hour
Sat – Sun: £17.70 per hour

Fixed 4-on, 3-off Rota (Friday-Monday):

Fri: – Mon: £17.70 per hour

Spare Rota (Permanent Holiday Cover):

Mon – Fri: £16.00 per hour
Sat – Sun: £18.20 per hour

Bank Holidays: Time and a quarter pay rate!

Financial Rewards: £500 quarterly bonus + generous workplace pension scheme.

What You Need

Full PCV Licence & Driver CPC.

Maximum of 6 penalty points.
