Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during food handling and cooking processes
Support the team in maintaining stock levels and rotating ingredients appropriately

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
