We’re looking for an experienced signage artworker to join our production team in Bristol.
We have a strong team culture and nearly 200 five-star customer reviews, built on doing quality work, paying attention to detail, and running jobs properly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on signage artwork role, not a conceptual or branding position. Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow a brief are essential. The artwork you prepare will go straight into large-format print, cutting, and installation.
If you’ve worked in signage, understand production realities, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be a great fit.
The role
- Producing and amending artwork for signage and large-format print
- Setting up print-ready files accurately
- Following briefs clearly and consistently
- Applying correct bleed, scale, colour setup, layers, and file naming
- Preparing files for print and finishing
- Checking artwork thoroughly before it goes to production
- Working closely with production to avoid errors and rework
- Confident answering the phone when required and communicating clearly
- Bringing a positive, professional attitude to the team
Essential experience
- At least 1 year’s experience in a signage or large-format print environment
- Proven experience producing print-ready artwork
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident following briefs accurately
- Organised, methodical working style
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Reliable and positive approach to work
Desirable (but not essential)
- Understanding of colour management for large-format print
- Experience in a fast-paced signage or print environment
