Full job description

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and coordinate the staffing across the whole of the business. To act as the primary contact for staff to improve communication between the higher leadership team and employees.

The role is available in full or part time for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Organise match day staffing

➢ Contacting new staff, interviewing, and training them prior to their first shift.

➢ Maintaining healthy relationships with staff

➢ Replying to staff enquiries and dealing with any grievances and disciplinaries.

➢ Co-ordinating set up for match days with a stable and consistent team

➢ Work with the management team to provide duty management cover on non-match days where required.

➢ Downloading the weekly and monthly hours in order to process payroll.

DUTIES:

➢ Coordinating match-day info and communicating with the team. ➢ Organise printing of rotas and signing in/out sheets ➢ General Administration tasks.

➢ Ensure staff records are kept up to date.

Infrequent Duties:

➢ To assist at any special duties or functions which may fall outside of normal working hours

➢ To attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time

➢ To relieve and assist in other areas within the unit or other establishments.

Skills and experience:

Essential

➢ You will need to be comfortable and effective communicating with staff.

➢ Able to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines, demonstrating a “can do” attitude

➢ Able to use initiative and work unsupervised

➢ A team player, working alongside others with integrity, positivity and respect

➢ Excellent organisation and time management skills

➢ Ability to adapt to busy and varied workload, working with energy and pace to get the job done

➢ You will have good IT skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office core elements (Excel, Outlook)

➢ English and Maths GCSEs required
