Full job description

Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We're looking for a confident, well mannered and friendly individual who has a solid work ethic to join the team at our new coffee shop in Junction 32 Outlet Village, Castleford

Hourly rate - £8.00 - £12.71 depending on age and experience

Key Responsibilities

Providing friendly and efficient counter/kitchen/table service
Maintaining Food and Health Safety standards
Assisting with due dilligence and compliance checks
From time to time some light kitchen duties
Upholding Massarella & Co core values
Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

Some experience in the hospitality industry
A basic understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements including allrgens
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
