About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Central Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Trust. Working closely with colleagues across our academies and central teams, you will help ensure that professional development programmes are delivered effectively, training records are maintained accurately and staff receive an excellent learning and development experience.
This is an on-site role, based at our Head Office in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities-
Coordinate and administer learning and development activities across the Trust.

Arrange training sessions, workshops, and events, including venue, scheduling, and resource management.

Maintain accurate training records and learning management system data.

Support the delivery of induction and onboarding programmes.

Monitor training attendance and completion rates, producing reports as required.

Act as a key point of contact for learning and development enquiries.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with the promotion and communication of learning opportunities across the Trust.

Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and associated record keeping.
What We're Looking For-
Experience in an administration, coordination, HR, or learning and development role.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience of learning management systems or HR systems would be advantageous.
