Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Cleaning Company Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the day-to-day running of the cleaning team.
Carry out cleaning duties when required and provide cover for staff absences.
Prepare, organise, and update staff rotas.
Ensure all cleaning standards are maintained to a high level.
Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
Recruit, train, and support new and existing cleaning staff.
Promote the company’s cleaning services and help grow the business by attracting new clients.
Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to any enquiries or concerns professionally.
Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Monitor stock levels and arrange ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

Pay:

Pay will depend on experience, responsibilities, and hours worked. This will be discussed further during the interview process.

Pay: £14.50-£20.00 per hour
