Registered Manager – Complex Care

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow our Complex Care division. About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, quality, and commercial performance of the service. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure exceptional standards of care, develop strong relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals, and support the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.
- Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and fundamental standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of care coordinators, clinical staff and support workers.
- Oversee the safe delivery of complex care packages, ensuring exceptional clinical governance.
- Build strong relationships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Managers, Continuing Healthcare Teams, Local Authorities and other commissioners.
- Manage referrals, assessments, care planning and package implementation.
- Monitor quality assurance, audits, incidents, safeguarding and risk management.
- Maintain occupancy levels and support business development opportunities.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels and overall service performance.
- Promote a positive culture centred around dignity, respect and person-centred care.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or complex care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection requirements.
- Experience managing complex care packages, including clients with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and long-term clinical needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience developing teams and improving service performance.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards, willing to complete).
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving excellent outcomes.
