Full job description

We’re looking for a full-time secretary to join our friendly team in our busy Hungerford town centre office.

The position is for a secretary to work in our private client department, and will involve administrative duties, audio dictation, dealing with client enquiries, arranging appointments, filing, archiving, and further responsibilities may be added as experience is gained. There may also be some reception duties.

A minimum of 1 year's experience of working in a law firm is preferred.

Our working hours are 9:00 - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
