Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber/Bathroom Fitter to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Fit bathroom components such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and cabinets with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Lift heavy materials safely during installation or renovation projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or bathroom fitting in residential or commercial environments.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pipe cutters, and pliers; familiarity with power tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with understanding of carpentry principles for seamless assembly of fixtures and fittings.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in confined or elevated spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred for transporting materials or equipment.
