Full job description

Slades Estate Agents, partnered with Fine & Country, are looking for a part time sales support/administrator to work in our busy, market leading head office in Christchurch.

We would ideally like the following days/hours covered but can offer a degree of flexibility for the right applicant. Please approach us to discuss.

9-3 Monday
9-3 Friday
9-5 Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with new listings, potential buyers and sales progression
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties
- Assist with organising and scheduling appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in telephone and customer service skills
- Strong clerical skills, attention to details and organisation

Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
