Full job description

T A Interiors Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Sprayer to join our busy manufacturing team in Burnley.

We manufacture bespoke picture and mirror frames and decorative wall art for commercial and residential projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving a consistently high-quality sprayed finish across a variety of products.

Main Responsibilities

Spraying shaped picture & mirror frames, decorative wall art and other bespoke products

Preparing surfaces before spraying, including sanding, filling, priming and cleaning

Mixing paints and matching colours where required

Applying primers, paints and protective finishes

Checking finished products for quality and correcting any imperfections

Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and the spray booth

Working safely and following all COSHH and health and safety procedures

Assisting with general workshop duties when required

The Ideal Candidate

Previous spray-painting or finishing experience is preferred but not essential (in-house training provided)

Experience spraying MDF, timber, furniture, joinery or similar products would be beneficial

A good eye for detail and a high standard of workmanship

Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a cohesive team

Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment

Willing to learn new techniques and processes

Training can be provided for the right candidate, although previous spraying experience would be an advantage.
