Salaried GP – Rural Dispensing Practice, Cradley

A friendly GP role where patients and teamwork truly come first.

We’re a small, well-regarded rural dispensing practice in the village of Cradley (not Cradley Heath), caring for around 4,000 patients and dispensing to 94% of them. We’re proud to be rated highly by our patients and are looking for a salaried GP to join our supportive, close-knit team. Recent CQC inspection rated us as Good

The role

4–6 sessions per week (negotiable)
Competitive salary in line with BMA guidance
Study leave and annual leave as per BMA contract
Varied GP work including face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, home visits, prescribing and clinical admin (EMIS/Docman)
Working alongside another salaried GP with shared cover and flexibility

About you

GP experience in UK general practice
GMC registered with the right to work in the UK
Car driver (essential for rural home visits and to attend workplace)
Team-focused, flexible and patient-centred
Interest in developing skills further (respiratory interest welcomed but not essential)
