Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours

Hotter shoes, established 1959 on a market stall in Liverpool and we’ve been designing and making comfortable footwear ever since. An award-winning UK shoe manufacturer taking pride in the quality of our comfort fit Shoes.

With over 4.5 million customers, buying online, through mail order and at our UK shops. We are now looking for an Store Manager to join our Cirencester Store

The Role:

As a Store Manager your main responsibilities include:

To deliver exceptional customer service, sales, and profit of your store in conjunction with the digital journey through the team.
Ability to lead, encourage and develop teams to be high performing. Be a great communicator (verbal, written and presentation) with great people management skills.
Good organisational ability and forward planning. Thinks well on their feet.
Understands the importance of delivery great customer service and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Excellent commercial acumen and merchandising awareness.
Good understanding of P & L and budgeted financial KPIs.
Proven record of delivering sales and is motivated to work to targets and deadlines.
An Inspirational brand ambassador that leads from the front.
Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
Deliverers clear expectations to the team.
Has a flexible approach to working hours.

The Person:

Are you passionate about the customer, and want to provide the best service? Do you enjoy selling, then we are looking for you? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, demonstrates initiative, and confident in delivering results.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management

Preferred:

Knowledge of EPOS systems.
Computer literate with knowledge of word, excel and outlook.
Knowledge of footwear or fashion experience
