Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor

Salary: £26,900 per annum, rising to £29000 after successful completion of probation

Location: Anchor Head Office, Bradford

Contract: 37.5 per week / 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be a vital part of our team.

About You:

Be empathetic, with a genuine ability to understand and share the feelings of others while taking action to help.
Be able to demonstrate patience, staying calm in challenging situations and giving others space to express their concerns.
Communication skills are excellent, allowing you to adapt your style for different audiences in writing and speaking.
Organisation and attention to detail come naturally to you, enabling you to complete tasks with precision.
You are motivated and driven, always aiming high and striving to achieve your goals.
You value teamwork, stepping in to support colleagues even outside your usual responsibilities.

About the Role:

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for people seeking housing, home ownership, or care solutions.
Build relationships with residents, customers, and external professionals.
Help identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse needs.
Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure smooth service delivery.
Embrace our ‘Best Customer Service’ culture by showing empathy and efficiency in everything you do.
Take a customer-centric approach, aiming for one-touch, first-time resolutions.

Skills and Experience:

You are adaptable and able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people.
Confident with Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems.
Plan and prioritise tasks efficiently, keeping your workload under control.
You notice details others might miss, preventing issues before they escalate.
You think ahead, anticipating questions and preparing solutions in advance.
A team player, happy to share knowledge and support your colleagues.
A focus on customers, showing care and understanding in every interaction.
