Full job description

We have an opening for a Part Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy.

The qualities we’re seeking are:

- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
- Experience in a kitchen is preferable but not essential

- Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.

These are some of the benefits we offer:
- Remuneration of between £8.00 and £12.77 per hour.
- Share of tips without company deductions equivalent to £1.25 per hour.

- A minimum 15-hour week with a mix of shift patterns ( 9am – 4pm, 4pm -11pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 6pm on Sundays) but will include weekend plus Bank Holidays and holiday cover, with 2 days off a week and 28 days holiday pro-rata.

The recruitment process will be as follows:

- Successful candidates will be invited to an interview and do a trial shift.
- If you enjoy the shift and we feel you’re the right person, you will be asked to a final interview.
- The successful candidate will undergo 12 weeks of induction and initial training.

Pay: £11.25-£16.00 per hour
