Position: Content & Marketing Assistant

Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire – days in London

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Are you the person who stops everyone at the table from taking a bite until you’ve captured the perfect photo? Do you scroll through social media analysing visual branding, aesthetic video edits, and clever storytelling? If so, we want to talk!

We are looking for a Content & Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes all things food, design, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll work closely with our senior sales & marketing team to bring our brand’s story to life, design eye-catching assets, and help drive exciting marketing campaigns from concept to launch.

Made from our 300-year-old orchards in Herefordshire, our ACV is grown with care, produced with integrity, and packed with the probiotic living Mother. We aren’t just selling a kitchen staple; we are leading a wellness movement rooted in regenerative farming, gut health, and exceptional British heritage.

What You’ll Do

Create & Tell Stories: Produce engaging video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static content that showcases our passion for food and resonates with our community.
Design Eye-Popping Visuals: Use your graphic design skills to create digital graphics, social media assets, email templates, and printed marketing materials.
Campaign Execution: Assist the Senior Sales & Marketing team in brainstorming, planning, and rolling out multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Copywriting: Draft catchy captions, newsletter content, and promotional copy with a fun, brand-aligned tone of voice.
Keep Your Pulse on Trends: Monitor emerging social media trends, viral food concepts, and design styles to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Team Support: Provide administrative and creative support across various sales and marketing initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

A True Foodie: Genuine passion for food culture, culinary trends, and visual food presentation.
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Premium.
Content Creation Experience: Hands-on experience filming, editing, and designing content specifically optimised for social media platforms.
Storytelling Talent: A sharp eye for aesthetics paired with strong written communication skills.
Organised & Proactive: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, support senior team members, and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
Portfolio Ready: A portfolio or portfolio link (Instagram grid, TikTok account, PDF, or website) demonstrating your design and video/photo work.
