Full job description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of the Admin/FOH role is to seamlessly deal with incoming calls & emails alongside managing a busy front of house with ease without compromising on providing excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, take pride in their work, have a willingness to learn and be an exceptional multi-tasker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate must have a positive attitude to sales and customer service and the ability to work in a pressurised environment. The role will require the candidate to:

Dealing with phone and email enquiries, directing calls to the relevant person.
Process incoming sales orders, design and quotation requests and enquiries.
Co-ordinate the invoicing and dispatch of orders.
Maintain orderly records of all quotations and orders received via phone or email.
Support the showroom and external sales team.
Arrange Bank lodgements for payments received, updating daily cash sheets, logging aftersales.
Organising, maintaining, and processing bills, contracts, job sheets, risk assessments & leaflets.
All other general admin duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2 years’ experience in an administration role.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of the internal team.
Strong administration, organisational and communication skills.
IT skills associated with Microsoft excel packages (word and excel).
