Main Purpose

To act as a key component of both our administrative and typing teams to ensure adherence to client SLAs.

Principal Tasks and Duties

Working closely with the rest of the administration team to ensure each of our individual investigations are proactively conducted within our SLAs.
Offering assistance to the rest of the administration team and providing a resource overflow for the Instructions Processor and Logistics Coordinator.
Liaising with our field agents to ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with specific case and client requirements.
Handling incoming calls from our clients, their customers and our field agents
Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.
