Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants and property owners, guiding them through the rental process with professionalism and a positive attitude. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth property lettings, effective management, and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
Dealing with landlords and tenants on a day-to-day basis
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Handling rental enquiries and progressing applications
Preparing and managing tenancy agreements
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Liaising with contractors and arranging access to properties
Conducting property inspections and check-outs
Carrying out routine compliance and tenancy administration
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within lettings or property management
Experience in using Alto Software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Good knowledge of the residential lettings process and relevant legislation
Ability to work independently
Professional, reliable and approachable manner
Full UK driving licence is required

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
