Full job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Night Baker to join The Italian Bakery Team in our bakery unit in Swanage.

We are a growing group of unique, award-winning Italian restaurant, gastro pubs, café and bakery, based in Dorset, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests.

Previous experience as a Baker is essential and you would be responsible for:

Helping to develop new items
Daily baking for the bakery, restaurants and bakehouse
Supporting with pastry
Supporting wholesale duties

Good working conditions and friendly atmosphere.

A competitive salary is available with this role dependent on experience.

If you have skills in mixing, shaping on the table or working with the ovens we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties

Have a passion for baking
Experience in mixing, making and baking bread
Confident on high quality, hand made production
Team player
Reliable and committed

Qualifications and Skills

Required experience:

Bread Baking: 1 year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Swanage BH19 1AU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
