Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining clean and safe environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible hours and the chance to contribute to a well-organized, hygienic workspace. The position involves performing cleaning duties across various tenanted properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are consistently met.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of tenanted properties, including Kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized effectively.
Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.
Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
Restock supplies and other consumables as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning activities.

Skills

Proven experience in tenanted properties cleaning or caretaker roles is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties in various environments throughout the shift.
