£14.00* per hour Monday to Friday.
£15.50* per hour at Weekends.
Enhanced pay on bank holidays
Mileage: 40p per business mile

We have rounds in the following locations:
Cambridge, Ely, Royston and surrounding villages.
Full-time, Part-time positions available.
Contract: Guaranteed Hours available

Benefits:

Minimum call durations of 30 minutes.
Full Training – Ongoing development programme.
Early pay – Access via staff app up to £500 per month of your earnings each pay period in advance of pay day.

Eaton Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Perhaps you have retail, hospitality or a customer service background then these skills are easily transferable.

We would also like to hear from those who are perhaps retired, looking to return to work or just some additional ad hoc hours. This essential support would be to assist local people who need assistance to stay on their own home.

With a minimum call duration of 30 minutes you will be helping to maintain our client’s independence in a safe, comfortable environment, all whilst providing high quality care.

Training and career progression – For those looking to progress, we offer training at our own accredited training academy at no cost, with the option to also gain/carry on your Health & Social Care qualification!

What is an average day like in this role?

Assisting our clients with personal care tasks
Overseeing and prompting medication
Helping the client to get in and out of bed and move around the home
Being a companion for our clients and building relationships
Preparing meals and drinks
Helping with the client’s daily routine

For night shifts, day shifts and where we have clients local to you, walking
or cycling may be a possibility. Just give us a call to discuss further.

Applicants on dependent visas and those also looking to undertake up to 20
hours on their current visas will be considered.
