An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and growing Lettings Agency in Essex!

Barringtons Property is a well established independent Lettings and Management company with a large portfolio of properties in and around Essex.

We are searching for a driven and ambitious Lettings Administrator with excellent attention to detail and high level of organisation.

Salary £21,000-£24,000 depending on experience

Hours

Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm (5pm finish on Monday's and Fridays)
Some Saturdays required 9:00 - 16:00 - one day taken off during the week in lieu

Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Are you the right person for the job?

Drivers license essential
Administration experience ideal but not essential
Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A willingness to undertake administrative tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Self motivated and confident
Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
A desire to continuously learn and increase competency levels
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and word
