Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and expand our market presence across various regions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that arise
Plan daily routes efficiently to maximise client coverage while adhering to scheduled appointments
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities

Experience

Proven experience in D2D sales or field sales roles, preferably within relevant industries
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
Customer service experience that highlights a professional approach and problem-solving abilities
