Procurement Associate

Company: Sheargold Limited
Location: Ruislip, Middlesex
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Salary: In line with experience

About Sheargold Limited

Sheargold Limited is an established UK-based specialist procurement and supply-chain organisation supporting clients and projects across international markets, with a strong focus on Africa. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Procurement Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure full technical and commercial compliance.
Source suitable wide-ranging products from global suppliers/manufacturers to meet client specifications.
Prepare quotations for international clients.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other relevant IT systems.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced and pressurised environment.
Ability to take responsibility and manage tasks independently.

Further Criteria

Applicants must currently have unrestricted rights to work full-time in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Candidates should be willing to work outside normal working hours occasionally to coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients across different international time zones.
