- Assist with federated model reviews, clash detection and issue tracking using Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and agreed digital workflows.
- Work with the Senior MEP Digital Co-ordinator to apply BEPs, information requirements, CDE processes and ISO 19650-aligned standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams and internal colleagues to help resolve coordination and buildability challenges.
- Produce and update coordinated drawings, schedules, model outputs and technical deliverables to support project milestones.
- Carry out model quality checks, support data consistency and contribute ideas for improving digital delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 2–4 years’ experience in BIM coordination, digital engineering, MEP modelling or building services coordination.
- A relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering, Construction, Digital Engineering, BIM, CAD or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting UK construction projects, ideally within building services or the wider MEP sector.
- A good working understanding of BIM Execution Plans, model delivery requirements, QA checks and structured project deliverables.
- A collaborative communication style and willingness to learn from senior colleagues while working with project stakeholders.
Key Skills You’ll Bring
- Good Revit MEP modelling and coordination skills across mechanical, electrical and public health services.
- Working knowledge of clash detection tools such as Navisworks Manage, Revizto and ACC.
- Understanding of ISO 19650, CDE workflows, information management and BIM delivery standards.
- Ability to support stage 5 installability, buildability and prefabrication coordination requirements.
- Clear communication, attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Interest in digital improvement, automation, data quality, Dynamo, COBie and developing best practice.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us
- Hybrid working, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the team.
- Enhanced holidays, including your birthday off.
- Regular team social events and a friendly, supportive working environment.
