CNC Miller Opportunity Position Details

4-day working week: Monday to Thursday
39 hours per week
Rotating shifts: Two-week Dayshift/Nightshift rotation
Overtime opportunities available at 1.5x standard rate, with the potential to earn 2x rate on Nightshift
Nightshift allowance: 1.33x hourly rate

Skills & Experience

We are seeking a motivated and experienced CNC Miller with the following qualifications:

Essential Requirements

Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
Recognised apprenticeship or time-served machinist
Experience machining a variety of materials to tight tolerances
Experience operating 3 & 5-axis CNC milling machines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Desirable Skills

Experience using Siemens or Mazatrol controls (training can be provided)
Experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
5+ years' milling experience
2+ years' CNC programming experience
5+ years' CNC operating experience
