Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of vehicle parts and repair, as well as proficiency in data entry and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming service requests and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including data entry.
Inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to service requests.
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including the management of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a car dealership or automotive service environment.
Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
