Bar Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong bar experience, and confidence in cocktail making. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, to a high standard
Supervise shifts and support the team during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the bar
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with stock control and general bar operations
Ensure all licensing and health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements

Previous bar experience essential
Cocktail-making experience required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and professional
Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Experience

Bar work: 2 years preferred
Cocktail making: 1 year preferred

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
