Summary

The Technical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the food safety, quality, legality, and compliance functions. The role ensures that products, processes, and systems comply with customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and recognised food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HACCP and other relevant regulations.
Manage non conformance investigations and root-cause analysis.
Conduct routine traceability exercises covering raw materials, work-in-progress, packaging, and finished products.
Prepare CoAs for customers.
Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to uphold safety standards.
Maintain supplier approval records and documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation.
Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Preferred: experience in nuts or dried fruit processing industries.
Certifications related to food safety are a plus.
