Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Content Creator to join KTE Media, producing video and social media content across a portfolio of growing businesses.

The role covers every stage of the production process, from strategy to shoot planning and filming through to editing and publishing. You'll create a wide variety of content including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes features, interviews, educational content, product showcases and day-to-day social media.

You'll have a strong understanding of what works across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting content to suit each platform while telling engaging stories that deliver results. You'll be confident managing multiple projects at once, organising your own workload, working to deadlines and identifying opportunities to streamline production without compromising quality.

Experience producing and managing live broadcasts across social media platforms would be a significant advantage.

This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and wants to play an active part in helping the businesses they work with grow. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, bring forward new ideas and continually look for ways to improve both the quality and efficiency of our content production.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with our global content strategy
Planning, filming and editing high-quality video content.
Creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Producing both long-form and short-form content.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines across different brands.
Organising footage, assets and editing workflows.
Building efficient production processes that allow content to be produced at scale.
Staying on top of social media trends, platform updates and emerging content styles.
Occasionally photographing products, people and events.
Helping wherever needed - whether that's supporting launches, events, marketing campaigns or new business ideas.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has strong videography and editing experience.
Can confidently shoot with professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
Is highly proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software).
Understands what works on different social media platforms.
Can take a project from initial idea through to final published content.
Is organised and able to manage their own workload without constant supervision.
Can prioritise multiple projects across several businesses.
Is proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Wants to continually improve their craft.
Is happy giving ideas as well as creating them.
Has a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
Drone licence/experience.
Photography experience.
Colour grading experience.
Experience managing social media accounts.
Experience analysing content performance and adapting strategy accordingly.
