Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend work and overtime available.

About Us

Synergy Style UK is a fast-growing home improvements company specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and home improvement products across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a reliableand hardworking Driver / Fitter / Labourer to join our growing installations team.

This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys beinghands-on, working outdoors, and being part of a busy and professional team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Driving company vehicles to and from customer properties and suppliers.
Loading and unloading windows, doors, glass units and materials safely.
Assisting installation teams with fitting windows, doors and other home improvement products.
Carrying out general labouring duties on-site.
Ensuring products and materials are transported safely and securely.
Keeping company vehicles clean and organised.
Assisting with collections and deliveries from suppliers.
Supporting installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Following all health and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

✔ Full UK Driving Licence.

✔ Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry heavy materials.

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

✔ Reliable and punctual.

✔ Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

✔ Excellent communication skills and professional manner with customers.

Desirable:

✔ Previous experience in windows and doors installation.

✔ Experience within the home improvements or construction industry.

✔ Experience driving vans and transporting building materials.
