Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build their career in a flexible, results-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence through proactive engagement and strategic negotiation. A valid driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

Duties

Identify and approach potential clients within designated territories through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings
Present and promote our products or services effectively to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
Develop customised sales strategies based on market research and customer feedback
Manage your own schedule to maximise outreach efficiency and optimise sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to enhance sales techniques

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued
Demonstrable negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and basic MS Office applications
Valid driving licence and the ability to travel within assigned territories regularly
Strong organisational skills with effective time management to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and discipline
