Motorscreen Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated individual to join our team.

Monday to Friday Full Time - 9.00am - 5:30pm

Motorscreen have over 30 Years of experience within the all-vehicle glass business. We pride ourselves on our long-established reputation for quality and service and have become one of the leading repair and replacement companies in the northwest and the UK. By working closely with our customers, we are able to deliver them a service second to none. We listen to their needs and fulfil their requirements.

This role will see you work as a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers and help the business achieve its goals.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls, handling online enquiries, entering jobs onto the computer system and supporting all aspects of our day-to-day work.

You will be part of the team who interacts directly with our customers, helping book them in for jobs and handling any queries they may have about our process.

As such, we require someone who is proficient in IT - Emails, and who has a confident and professional telephone manner.

Training will be provided including our bespoke booking systems.

Your Responsibilities

A range of administrative responsibilities and tasks including booking in jobs, using IT systems and all other aspects of our day-to-day office work.

Handling customer queries on the phone and via email.

Representing Motorscreen’s brand, you will demonstrate leading customer service skills, good communication and a friendly approach when interacting with customers.

This role requires a conscientious individual who can work off their own initiative and is willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Your Requirements

Proficient in IT applications like emails

Able to work as part of team in a busy, high-paced environment

Proven ability to work proactively

Knowledgeable of the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential

A confident telephone manner
