Guttridge Limited is part of Mitchells and together we provide globally respected bulk handling solutions. We are proud and passionate about our brands and are looking for someone to work alongside specialists in their field.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high levels of customer service in line with customer requirements

2. Assist other team member in following up of enquiries and quotations

3. Ensure all telephone enquiries from customers and internal departments are dealt with effectively and efficiently

4. Work with the Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers to make and maintain contact with existing customers to encourage further sales

5. Ensure the RFQ quotation and order processes are utilised consistently across the team to achieve business objectives

6. Ensure company records are maintained in a safe and redeemable fashion to prevent loss or deterioration

7. Ensuring own performance is in line with agreed KPIs and targets

8. Co-operate with other departments by maintaining good lines of communication and recognition of over-lapping problems

9. When required, support the Area Sales Manager by visiting customer sites to discuss and understand technical and application engineering issues and develop customer relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

Technical Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
