Job Description:

Country Dental Clinic and Implant Centre is a modern, growing dental practice focused on delivering a high-quality, patient-centered experience in a welcoming environment.

We are looking for a professional and approachable Dental Receptionist to join our team and become the face of our practice.

The Role

This is a front-of-house role , perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and staying organised.

You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed while helping the practice run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly, professional manner
Managing appointments and maintaining an organised diary
Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Processing payments and keeping accurate records
Managing invoices and following up outstanding payments
Supporting basic financial/admin tasks
Liaising with clinicians and supporting the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask
Reliable, honest, and proactive attitude
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

Desirable (Not Essential)

Previous dental or medical reception experience
Experience handling payments, invoicing, or admin tasks
Bookkeeping or financial administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
