Full job description

Office Financial Administrator (Part-Time)

We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finance administration skills who enjoys working independently and managing a variety of office and accounting tasks.

Hours:

Up to 20 hours per week
Flexible working hours across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary:

Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining the sales ledger
Processing and maintaining the purchase ledger
Preparing and processing payroll
Completing bank reconciliations
Managing VAT records and preparing VAT returns
General office administration and record keeping
Office maintenance and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Essential Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage 50
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and flexible approach to work
