About the role

Do you enjoy solving problems, improving systems and helping others get the most from technology? As a Systems Administrator with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing the business systems that help deliver education, sport and cultural services across the Isle of Man. Working with colleagues across the Department, schools and service areas, you'll ensure critical systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose while providing expert support to users and helping to drive continuous improvement.

This is a varied role that combines technical expertise, problem solving and stakeholder collaboration. From managing user access and system configuration to supporting upgrades, troubleshooting issues and improving processes, you'll help ensure systems support efficient and effective service delivery. If you enjoy translating operational needs into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
