Experienced Gardener — Full Time | New Romney, Kent
Gardens of England is a well-established, family-run garden maintenance company operating across Kent, East Sussex, and South London. We take pride in delivering a high standard of horticultural care to a loyal and varied client base — from beautifully kept private gardens to communal spaces and commercial grounds.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced gardener to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, based in the New Romney area.
The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be working across a range of properties, carrying out everything from lawn care and border maintenance to hedgerow management, seasonal planting, and topiary. We work to a high standard and take genuine care in what we do — and we look for the same in everyone who joins us.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in professional garden maintenance
- A good working knowledge of plants, pruning, and seasonal care
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
- Full UK driving licence
- A commitment to doing the job properly, every time
