Full job description

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR

Job opportunity with Smith Woolley based in Folkestone, Kent.

We are a well-established lettings agent and are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with a lettings or property background.

The ideal candidate should have a responsible attitude, possess excellent computer skills, and ideally have a good knowledge of the residential property sector.

The successful candidate will:

- be organised and able to manage their own time effectively.

- be accurate and demonstrate good attention to detail.

- have good customer service skills.

- have good communication skills especially by phone or e-mail

- UK Driving Licence

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) plus occasional Saturday morning.
(Part-time hours also considered)
