Full job description

Job summary

To join a small team of an internationally renowned cricket brand which sells cricket bats, clothing and equipment throughout the world. This role will be to support the Brand Director with Customer Service, Administration and Data Analysis. Accuracy is key; therefore, the role requires someone with attention to detail with good communication and customer service skills to support the team in dealing with any customer queries swiftly.

You will also be expected to support the Brand Director with projects arising and co-ordinate them and on occasions visit the office.

Key responsibilities

· Dealing with Customer Queries by phone and email

· Admin support to Brand Director

· Data Analysis reporting

· Co-ordinating Special Projects

· Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

· Good attention to detail and communication skills

· Competent IT skills and analytics

· A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

· Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills

· Honesty and trustworthiness

· The ability to work effectively under limited supervision

The ideal candidate will:

· have previous experience working in a customer service

· strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy

· be able to work with a team and/or by themselves

· have a ‘to do’ work attitude and want to learn

· be reliable & punctual

· be able to visit the office in Worcester when required

· have an interest in sport

· have good Maths, English & IT skills

Pay: £10,500.00-£18,200.00 per year
