Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing services for our clients. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless property transfers, providing exceptional service while adhering to legal standards and deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in property law.

Responsibilities

Manage all stages of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork related to property sales and purchases
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate transaction progress
Conduct title searches, verify ownership details, and identify any potential legal issues that may impact the transaction
Keep meticulous records of case files, correspondence, and transaction milestones using IT systems designed for conveyancing processes
Ensure all deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing multiple cases simultaneously
Provide clear communication updates to clients regarding transaction status and required actions throughout the process

Skills

Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and professional partners
Strong IT proficiency with experience using conveyancing software and case management systems
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple transactions accurately and efficiently
Effective time management abilities to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Solid understanding of property law, legal procedures, and relevant regulations in residential conveyancing
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
