Position: Beauty Therapist

Location: Honeydew Beauty Studios, 23 Exchange Street, DD1 3DJ, Dundee

Employment Type: Full Time, Part-Time

Description of Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapoist to join our team at Honeydew Beauty Studios, located in the heart of Dundee. If you love creating beautiful nails and making clients feel amazing, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll deliver a range of professional nail treatments while working in a friendly, modern, and supportive salon environment where creativity and quality come first.

Full Time/Part Time

Up to £12.21 an hour.

Nail Art

Basic Manicure
Nail Safety and Hygiene
Brow and Body Waxing
Brow Tinting

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform professional nail treatments, which may include:

Offer expert consultations, providing advice on nail, lash and brow treatments and aftercare.
Ensure a consistently high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the salon. This includes thoroughly cleaning your workspace, tools, equipment, drinks station, bathroom, and any other areas requiring attention at the end of each shift.
Build positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat bookings and client satisfaction.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.
Handle payments securely, including cash stored in the salon safe and bank transfer transactions.
Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.
You may be responsible with opening and closing the salon and will be issued a key, which must be kept secure and handled responsibly.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
